Introducing fresh ranges from casuals to tech-lifestyle

Herzogenaurach, April 21st, 2011 – In fall/winter 2011, adidas Originals releases a fresh and exciting product offer for the streetwear community presenting diverse capsule collections in its core range. Highlight concepts like MEGA and the skate-inspired lifestyle range ST return with new styles and the collection is completed with specials for women as well as an appropriate selection of products for the cold winter period. Together with a solid foundation including contemporary classics and casuals, the fall/winter 2011 collection is fully cross-merchandisable and has something for everyone. Dropping products from July to December, adidas Originals will surprise its consumers with innovative, seasonal product updates from month to month.

Globally debuted at the beginning of 2011, the special footwear concept MEGA goes into the second season, expanding the offer in regards to silhouettes and technologies and also spreading into the statement lines of adidas Originals Blue and adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott. MEGA offers tech-lifestyle footwear designed for today’s youth. Amplified for a modern, casual look, MEGA merges technical details with stylish appeal by megarizing iconic adidas technologies. In fall/winter 2011, adidas Originals presents new takes on MEGA Torsion: MEGA Torsion Flex presents the lightest, most flexible version of Torsion technology to date and guarantees a super-comfortable, full-cushion feel. On the women’s side, the MEGA Dance comes as a true flashback of the ‘80s and ‘90s in a mid version and in a ballerina silhouette amplifying the comfort and style with an oversized heel-to-toe Torsion bar and ZX-style heel counter.
